NEPAL TEEKA TRAVELS PVT. LTD. - Kathmandu

Booked a cycle tour with this group. Guy explained on phone that we would drive somewhere (2 hour trip), with breakfast/lunch included, starting at 7:30am. All for US $60 (down from US $100 which would have been a rip-off). Sounded good - we could drive in a van and avoid the smog in town (Kathmandu is one of the smoggiest places on Earth). He showed up 1.5 hours late the next day, so we got our own breakfast somewhere else. Then we "drove" which turns out means "ride" bikes through the smog - no van. We got lunch at his friend's house. Our cycle guide was also getting off his bike and walking a lot! He should really be fitter than us! Probably worth about US $10 & only if you enjoy smog & waiting for your late, slow guide.
