What is a Social Media intern?

A Pathao Social Media Intern is a Quality Experience representative responsible for managing queries and comments from stakeholders on our social media platforms. These stakeholders include customers, riders, captains, Pathao heroes, Chaalak, restaurants, and others who use bikes, cars, and tuk-tuks to deliver food or parcels. The intern handles inquiries, resolves issues, provides support, and follows established scripts to ensure a positive customer experience, meeting all standards and performance metrics.
Job Description:
- Swiftly and efficiently handle queries and responses on social media platforms, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders via email, ensuring quality interactions.
- Research, identify, and resolve customer issues using in-house software.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers as necessary.
- Provide accurate service information to callers.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
