- Develop and execute engaging content strategies tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube and LinkedIn.
- Create visually appealing posts, videos, and stories to highlight properties, team updates, and industry news.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Track social media metrics and adjust strategies to boost engagement and reach.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos of properties for listings and promotional purposes.
- Write compelling captions, property descriptions, and blog content for marketing.
- Stay updated on trends in real estate marketing and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide detailed information about property listings and assist clients with their needs.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for property tours.
- Host virtual and in-person property tours, presenting features in an engaging and informative manner.
- Build relationships with potential buyers or renters during property showings.
