Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is advantageous.
- Assist in other finance-related tasks as required.
- Support the finance team in achieving departmental goals.
Requirements
- <strong>Recovery of Corporate Dues:</strong><ul><li>Actively pursue outstanding payments from corporate clients.
- Prepare and send timely reminders and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of all recovery efforts.
- Escalate overdue payments to management as necessary.
- <strong>Follow-up on Outstanding Payments:</strong><ul><li>Conduct regular follow-ups with corporate clients to ensure timely payment.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and issues promptly.
- Maintain a strong rapport with corporate clients to facilitate smooth payment processes.
- <strong>Customer Account Reconciliation:</strong><ul><li>Reconcile customer accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between system records and customer statements.
- Prepare and analyze reconciliation reports.
- Implement measures to prevent future discrepancies.
