Required Education: At Least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related equivalent degree from a recognized University Required Role
Integrated Risk: Information Security Analyst (ISA)
Information Technology: Data Scientist, Data Engineer/Analyst, Reporting Analysts/BI Dashboard Developer
Required Age:
Officer Level: Not exceeding 40 years of age as of last application date Assistant Level: Not exceeding 35 years of age as of last application date
Required Experience:
Officer Level: At least 2 years of experience in relevant field in Banking or Financial Institutions or at least 3 years of professional experience in the related field
Assistant Level: At least 1 year of experience in relevant field in Banking and Financial Institutions
Key Responsibilities and Required Skills/Certifications
For Integrated Risk Department-Information Security Analyst:
Key Responsibilities
Officer Level:
- VAPT assessments, implemented risk mitigation strategies, and secured enterprise systems
- Performed security configuration reviews and access control assessments
- Red Teaming: Proficient in simulating real-world attacks to assess security posture
- Network and Application Security testing & Compliance review
- Monitor and analyze SIEM logs to detect potential threats and anomalies
Preferred Certification
CEH (Practical), CPENT (Certified Penetration Tester), CRTO (Certified Red Team Operator), ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are preferred.
Assistant Level:
- Capable to perform Vulnerability Assessment (VA) / Penetration Testing (PT)
- Monitor and analyze SIEM logs to detect potential threats and anomalies
- Prepare security reports and review and enforce security policies
- Preform Risk Assessments
Preferred Certification
CEH (practical), Certified SOC Analyst (CSA) are preferred.
For Information Technology Department:
Required Key Responsibilities
i. Data Scientist
- Collect, clean, organize data to identify patterns and trends
- Develop machine learning algorithms, data models
- Use clustering, neural networks, and decision trees to gain insights
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python, R or SQL
- Experience in big data tools like platforms, Hadoop, Spark
- Understanding of AOI development and operations, data optimization and data mining
ii. Data Engineer/Data Analyst
- Managing Pipeline orchestration
- Building and maintaining a data platform
- Leading any custom data integration efforts
- Optimizing data warehouse performance
- Developing processes for data modeling and generation
- Standardizing data management practices
- Ensure data integrity and quality
Required Skills
- Knowledge of SQL and No.SQL database (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQ), including under standing of OLTP and OLAP
- Work with structured and unstructured data
- Deep knowledge in programming and algorithms
- Experience with engineering and testing tools
- Expertise in building efficient ETL pipelines
- Knowledge of data warehousing & Data Lakes
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems
iii. Reporting Analysts/BI Dashboard Developer
- Transform data into actionable insights by crafting reports, dashboards, and visualization
Required Skills
- Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Apache Super set, or D3.js
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Understanding of data structures and modeling techniques
- Basic understanding of business operations to align visualizations with business goals.
