Review BAD EXPERIENCE

I stayed at this Hotel in 2012, It was very good at that time so I went to there in Nov 2017 but this time terrible experience. First at the reception I was told there was no room available and later they said they will put me in another Hotel nearby, I hired a rickshaw because I was with all my luggage to London. The Hotel they put me was worst Hotel I ever had in my life, there was no food or even tea served in the hotel, later that night there was two bus full of school children arrived to stay in that hotel and that was a nightmare I never forgot. The staffs never available for any queries one showed other one and other one showed next one.
