Review I was really disappointed with that woman who treated me in the reception.

I went to service center for my camera repairing. I was really disappointed with that woman who treated me in the reception. She is either supervisor or any other post, she was only the lady i saw her, whose unprofessional mannerism made me to feel humiliated. Bcoz of her i nearly dropped the idea of repairing. I would not recommend to go there. But...

First star goes to technical staffs who are keen to help customer as much they can. So, i would like to recommend to meet those technical staff rather than wasting time with unprofessional lady.

Second Star goes to Canon service center, Singapore (Headquarter for Asia Pacific region). It replied my email stating about authorised canon service center in Nepal.I loved their customer care service.

Unfortunately here we have only one that i am really not interested to go because of single staff.
