Review Worst service provider - Unprofessional

Very disappointed.
They are completely unprofessional. I was told during connection setup that I will get 3+1 month extra service, but after 3 month they suddenly stopped my internet connection. When we asked they said, due to unknown reason they can't provide the extra month and if I want to continue further I have to pay another 3 month full payment. After trying another attempt to discuss with them, they blocked my number and didn't pick up my call at all.
This is totally unprofessional on their side.
Never ever take Vianet connection in Nepal.
