In the current context, only the financial institutions, development banks and commercial banks established in the country have not been able to move the weakened national economy in a relatively correct direction, and the development of cooperatives is accelerating. There are about 33,000 (thirty three thousand) cooperatives operating in the country now, embracing the sentiments of the general Nepali people (lower class, middle class, upper class). Due to the lack of financial services in the rural areas of the Terai, hills and Himalayas, financial services have been provided only by the cooperatives. In the current cooperative market, we are in the forefront in paid up capital, deposit collection, loan borrowing, profit making, contribution to the Government of Nepal in revenue and total turnover.
