Worst Transport Experience

I had to transport my scooter from itahari to kathmandu through Poonam transport itahari. It's been 7 days already and I have not got my scooter yet. They said it will reach in 3 days. They don't receive your phone calls and don't respond well. Their billing system is also not transparent.
