The service I received from this travel agency, which I expected an excellent service after the recommendation of a very good Nepalese friend who knew the owner closely, left much to be desired. Sincerely the treatment by Inu Thapa who owns this agency was really very uncomfortable for a good client like me who after depositing a huge amount of money to receive a service and invest in this agency 20 of my 30 days in Nepal I felt really scammed . At no time did I receive specific information about my hotel schedules included, absolutely nothing! I repeatedly called the owner and I hung up the phone had to sleep many days in shared rooms and pay until the water of the meals I had included and spend several days claiming for lack of information to not know at any time what was my next step on the journey. To top it off I tried to cheat my last hotel night and until the last second I spent my time claiming instead of enjoying my trip. I do not recommend it to anyone, do not invest your money or they will cheat you as it happened to me and you spend your holidays paying everything because you do not get even a sad bill. It is a shame !!!! They made me feel very very bad. he should be ashamed to take advantage of his friendships to steal Miss Thapa. I have put a star because it is the minimum because in my opinion it does not deserve even that.
