Requirements
- Collaborate with regional managers, branch managers, and HR teams to assess staffing needs and craft effective job descriptions.
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and department heads, ensuring a seamless process.
- Facilitate clear communication and support candidates and interviewers throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes and next steps promptly.
- Manage employee resignations, including exit interviews to gather actionable feedback.
- Oversee clearance procedures, ensuring the return of company assets and proper settlement of final payments.
- Maintain compliance with legal and company policies throughout the offboarding process.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Address employee inquiries and provide clear guidance on HR-related issues.
- Perform assigned HR activities efficiently and professionally.
