Requirements
- Entry financial data into accounting software accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, payroll, and expense management.
- Reviewing client packages and monitoring payment installments
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting for the company.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify any irregularities.
- Coordinating with financial institutions and handling any banking-related inquiries or issues.
- Collaborating with HR, Marketing, Operation department, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks.
- Prepare company notices, letters, and Memorandum of Understanding with relevant parties.
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing employment contracts or agreements for new hires.
- Handle HR functions such as recruitment and staff training.
- Updating and maintaining existing employment contracts as needed, such as contract renewals or terminations.
- Assist with employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating communication between management and staff, and supporting conflict resolution when necessary.
- Coordination with other departments to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Maintaining proper documentation related to employee agreements and bank account transactions for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with medical engineer & staff to identify equipment problems and prioritize repair & maintenance accordingly.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for equipment purchases and maintenance services.
- Supervising office supplies, facilities, equipment and and ensuring they are well-maintained and equipped to support the company's operations.
- Collaborate with branch managers to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
