Requirements
  • Entry financial data into accounting software accurately and efficiently.
  • Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, payroll, and expense management.
  • Reviewing client packages and monitoring payment installments
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting for the company.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify any irregularities.
  • Coordinating with financial institutions and handling any banking-related inquiries or issues.
  • Collaborating with HR, Marketing, Operation department, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks.
  • Prepare company notices, letters, and Memorandum of Understanding with relevant parties.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing employment contracts or agreements for new hires.
  • Handle HR functions such as recruitment and staff training.
  • Updating and maintaining existing employment contracts as needed, such as contract renewals or terminations.
  • Assist with employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating communication between management and staff, and supporting conflict resolution when necessary.
  • Coordination with other departments to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Maintaining proper documentation related to employee agreements and bank account transactions for auditing and compliance purposes.
  • Collaborate with medical engineer & staff to identify equipment problems and prioritize repair & maintenance accordingly.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for equipment purchases and maintenance services.
  • Supervising office supplies, facilities, equipment and and ensuring they are well-maintained and equipped to support the company's operations.
  • Collaborate with branch managers to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
