Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily administrative operations.
-Manage office supplies and maintain records.
-Prepare and process financial documents, including invoices and receipts.
-Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
-Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth office operations.
-Maintain accurate and organized records of transactions and office activities.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
-At least 2 years of experience in administration and accounting roles.
-Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
