Requirements
- <strong>Customer Complaints Resolution:</strong> Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- <strong>Client and Technician Follow-up:</strong> Follow up with technicians and clients over the phone to ensure timely resolution.
- <strong>AMC Client Follow-up:</strong> Ensure regular follow-up with AMC clients for updates and renewals.
- <strong>Report Creation:</strong> Generate detailed reports on service activities and customer feedback.
- <strong>Account Team Support:</strong> Assist the Account Team as needed, based on directives from the Sr. Account Manager.
- <strong>Client Record Management:</strong> Maintain and update client records accurately for easy access and reference.
