Question for Prabhu Money Transfer P. Ltd.

Hi! my question is that how can keep the track of money withdrawn from. I mean if I am sending some amount through prabhumoneytransfer how can I be sure from which branch money is taken out and by whom it is taken out.
Pleas let me know
