Question for Nepal Tourism Board (NTB)

Please can you tell me if it is possible to get all the way from Pokhara to Ghandruk or Majgaun by road. I would welcome advice on finding possible transport to get to these places. Since my husband and I booked our trip I have developed a knee problem and walking far is difficult.
