Question for LG MOBILE CUSTOMER CARE CENTER

I have mobile of Lg-V10. I havent use it more than one month its having the problem og battery. as it continously displays Invalid battery and got switched off..
First,I thought it was the problem of battery then i changed the battery . but it shows same problem.
so I think there is internal problem in my mobile.
What should i do??
