Namastee, I have few queries hope you will help me to solve my queries?i want to make 12*12 square feet one room on top floor by pre-fab? how much will i cost?how much time wiil it take to finish? can i color it?will it be earthquake resistant,water proof and fire proof? its durability is how many years?
