Question for NMB Bank Ltd.

Dear Sir /Mam I would like to request you please allow me to Apply the share Of Sanjen hydro,which is currently issuing to Contributor Of the Employment Provident Fund, I am a permanent employ of Nepal Telecom and i
am contributing to EPF, currently I am In New Delhi, India for Few days. I have a Bank Account In Your Dhangadhi Branch Since last 7/8 years and i Have ASBA Faciltty too ( before that i Had already applyed For diffrent other IPO via ASBA from same account ) But this time Branch is not allowing to me due to my absence i had presented my all identity cards and forms (Via My brother ) which is compulsory to the branch even now why i am not able to apply for the Share i don't know, Could you please make me clear what are the other option which may beneficial for me or could you made me to apply online if i can present all compulsory document to your dhangadhi Branch. please Answer me or guide me,and let me allow to Apply for the Share soon because tomorrow is the last date to apply.
