Question for CONSUMER ASSOCIATION

I bought one packet of apple from the Thai fruit section of bhatbhateni supper store Kathmandu with the believe that it must be fresh but on opening the packet two were rotten and two were partially rotten and could not eat. I have the photo of it. Tell me please what do l do.
