Question for TOURIST POLICE THAMEL

I have a question about the allowed construction timing and level of noise pollution. I am staying at a Amma's home b n b but since morning till almost 8 pm in night there is work going to in the shop next door and heavy knocking and it is very disturbing and annoying. So please tell me if it is allowed timings.
