Question for Canon Customer Care Center

Hello! This is Himal. From Darchula Nepal. I have some issues regarding my "Cannon imageClass MF113w" printer. I bought it a year ago. and it was running fine until I faced a first problem of its cartridge. It got damaged. We didn't fine the geniune one. So as a alternative we have used a brother's cartaidge. Later it was working fine. But Now it's not working it's printing so fast and every time it is showing an error in the printer. It is making aquite loud noise for approx 1 minute while turning on the power and it is not working . It is printing the half pages. I talked to the seller. He says"It is a new product so, we are not getting it's problem. So, I would be happy if you people told me some solutions on it.
