Question for Himalaya Tea Estate

Hello! I am an IT student and I am researching on the management software in Nepal. So, I contacted you for certain questionnaires.
Do you have any software for overall management of your tea estate?
Or I mean how you conduct you staffs/ labour payment? Is it manual as handwritten calculation?
