Review Unresponsive and now bordering on criminal

Placed an order for an item and have been over 20 days waiting. Made several attempt to track and contact the company about my i order. No customer support, no responses to my emails, no contact phone number. Must be a fraud since they obviously have no way to directly contact them nor do they respond.
