  • Leverage social media platforms to identify and engage with prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to explore new business opportunities.

Issue Resolution

  • Promptly address and resolve issues raised by merchants, ensuring a quick and efficient resolution process.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and maintain high client satisfaction.

Order Creation

  • Efficiently create manual orders for merchants in the designated software, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.1
