Position: Business Development Officer

Omega BPO is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Officer to drive growth by expanding our international client base. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of international markets, and the ability to craft and execute effective business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Identify new international markets and business opportunities through thorough research.
  • Strategic Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to formulate growth strategies.
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, approach, and secure new clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to customize products and services to meet client needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and effectively close deals with clients.
  • Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns targeting international audiences.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless operations.

Skills

  • Strong grasp of international markets and business practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
