Key Responsibilities:
- Creating Educational Objectives.
- To serve as the school's chief administrator in developing and implementing policies, programs, curriculum activities, and budgets in a manner that promotes the educational development of each student and the professional development of each staff member.
- Conceptualize the broad goals of the school and plan accordingly to ensure that procedures and schedules are implemented to carry out the total school program.
- Overseeing the school's day-to-day operations means handling disciplinary matters, managing a budget, and hiring teachers and other personnel.
- Host school assemblies, attend off-site meetings, and represent the school at conferences and local or regional events.
- Presenting reports, documents, other findings, and the success of your school to the management regularly.
- Ensure the school follows regulations set by local, state, and federal authorities and that the school program is compatible with the legal, financial, and organizational structure of the school system.
- Interaction with Students and Parents.
- Every person who works for a school, from teachers to academic advisors to custodial workers will ultimately report to the school principal.
- Maintain good relationships with students, staff, and parents.
