- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Product Promotion: Present and promote EssilorLuxottica’s range of lenses and products to clients, effectively communicating their benefits and features.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing feedback to the management team for strategic decision-making.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and improve product offerings.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the optical or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and a two wheeler is a must . Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
