Position Summary

  • Lead and develop a high-performing store team to achieve company goals and enhance individual performance.

  • Collaborate with training teams to build a gold-standard workforce; set clear weekly/monthly team objectives.

  • Ensure all employees adhere to company policies , maintaining professionalism and delivering exceptional customer service for maximum sales.

  • Manage store P&L , budgets, and expenses, optimizing resources (salary, inventory, etc.).

  • Oversee merchandise presentation in alignment with visual guidelines; ensure compliance with store standards and operational protocols.

  • Drive business growth by implementing strategies in operational efficiency, commercial processes, and merchandise management.

  • Train and develop sales staff for optimal performance, supporting a customer-centric sales floor environment.

  • Optimize in-store processes for stockroom efficiency , sales floor presentation, and fitting room operations.

  • Manage till operations , including queue handling, returns, and inventory control to enhance customer flow.

  • Monitor shrinkage data , collaborating with Market Managers to mitigate losses.

  • Manage merchandise flow , including stock management, returns, and re-labeling, to maximize sales.

  • Establish a succession plan to nurture internal talent and support career progression for key in-store and HQ roles.

Key Responsibilities

SOP Development & Implementation
  • Develop comprehensive SOPs for key operational areas: inventory management, store maintenance, cash handling, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Ensure SOPs are clear, and aligned with company policies , regulatory standards, and best practices.
  • Create audit mechanisms to assess SOP compliance; roll out SOPs with comprehensive training for store teams.
  • Monitor implementation and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence and identify improvement areas.
Visual Merchandising
  • Establish visual guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Define product presentation standards and store layout strategies to optimize sales.
  • Train store teams to implement visual guidelines and maintain store aesthetics.
Training SOPs
  • Develop training SOPs for onboarding, skill enhancement, and continuous staff development .
  • Create training modules and resources to support SOP implementation and improve staff proficiency .
  • Provide ongoing training to ensure staff competency in visual merchandising, customer service, and operational procedures.
Customer Service Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to elevate customer service across stores for a consistent, exceptional experience.
  • Develop service standards and implement feedback mechanisms to track satisfaction and improve performance.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  • Develop standardized reporting formats to capture KPIs, metrics, and performance benchmarks.
  • Establish performance targets and benchmarks , regularly monitor outcomes, and analyze variances.
  • Prepare performance dashboards to track progress and address performance gaps.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead store managers in achieving operational excellence through SOP implementation.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement .
  • Conduct training workshops and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team productivity.
Operational & Inventory Management
  • Implement strategies to optimize store efficiency, productivity, and profitability .
  • Oversee inventory control , replenishment, and accuracy to prevent stockouts and shrinkage.
  • Conduct store visits to assess performance , streamline processes, and guide store managers.
Operational Efficiency & Optimization
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes , reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Leverage best practices and automation tools to enhance operational effectiveness .
  • Continuously monitor KPIs to track progress and drive operational improvements .
