- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including router configurations and network settings.
- Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and escalate complex cases to higher-level support teams as needed.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly and concisely, guiding customers through step-by-step resolutions.
- Deliver remote assistance using desktop tools to efficiently support users across different locations.
- Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base with documented solutions, best practices, and troubleshooting guides for team use.
