Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline customer support by handling phone calls, emails, and messages to resolve internet service issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including router configurations and network settings.
  • Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and escalate complex cases to higher-level support teams as needed.
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly and concisely, guiding customers through step-by-step resolutions.
  • Deliver remote assistance using desktop tools to efficiently support users across different locations.
  • Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base with documented solutions, best practices, and troubleshooting guides for team use.


Other Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a patient and friendly approach.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Note: Candidate must have a two-wheeler with a valid license
