Key Responsibilities:
Note: A Valid Driving License is Required
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, both individually and within the team.
- Network with new and existing dealers in the territory, fostering strong relationships.
- Drive the development of distributors, dealers, and new sales channels for company products.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and sales orders.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets set by the sales manager.
- Organize and participate in marketing events to boost brand awareness.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers by offering support, guidance, and service enhancements.
- Contribute to the creation of the annual sales and marketing plan.
- Assist the marketing manager with day-to-day marketing activities.
- Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns across various media (social, print, etc.).
- Submit daily visit reports and regular expense statements.
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies with clear objectives and targets as set by management.
- Provide essential information to the marketing manager to ensure effective budget control.
