We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Administrative Manager to oversee the smooth running of our office operations and administrative functions. The Admin Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day office activities, leading a team of administrative professionals, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to. Proven experience as an Administrative Manager, Office Manager, or in a similar leadership role (3+ years preferred). Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with budgeting, financial tracking, and vendor management. Knowledge of office equipment, IT systems, and office maintenance requirements. Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Assist in budgeting and financial administration, including tracking office expenditures and preparing cost reports.
- Ensure that all company facilities, including the office environment, are well-maintained, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Act as a liaison between various departments and senior management, ensuring that administrative tasks are aligned with company objectives.
- Manage confidential information and ensure that all records are properly maintained.
- Supervise the administrative team to ensure high performance, fostering a positive work environment.
