We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Administrative Manager to oversee the smooth running of our office operations and administrative functions. The Admin Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day office activities, leading a team of administrative professionals, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in office management, team leadership, and process improvement.



  • Proven experience as an Administrative Manager, Office Manager, or in a similar leadership role (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial tracking, and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of office equipment, IT systems, and office maintenance requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Requirements
    • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
    • Manage a team of administrative assistants, receptionists, and office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure consistency.
    • Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and coordination of meetings for senior management and team members.
    • Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and proper inventory control.
    • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external communications.
    • Assist in budgeting and financial administration, including tracking office expenditures and preparing cost reports.
    • Ensure that all company facilities, including the office environment, are well-maintained, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
    • Act as a liaison between various departments and senior management, ensuring that administrative tasks are aligned with company objectives.
    • Manage confidential information and ensure that all records are properly maintained.
    • Supervise the administrative team to ensure high performance, fostering a positive work environment.
    • Coordinate special projects, events, and meetings as required.
