Requirements
- <strong>Student Counseling:</strong> Advise students on universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, and scholarships abroad.
- <strong>Study Options Guidance:</strong> Provide tailored study options to students, aligning with their profile, needs, and aspirations.
- <strong>Application Management:</strong> Assist students with application processes and coordinate with universities for submission and follow-ups.
- <strong>Telephonic and Walk-In Counseling:</strong> Engage leads through telephonic counseling and invite them for in-office consultations.
- <strong>Event Representation:</strong> Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and events to promote partner institutions.
- <strong>Confidential Record Management:</strong> Maintain accurate and confidential records of student profiles and interactions.
- <strong>Client Relationship Building:</strong> Develop trust and rapport with clients, understanding their concerns and providing solutions to help them make informed decisions.
- <strong>Communication Support:</strong> Provide face-to-face, telephonic, and online counseling services to ensure seamless communication with clients.
- <strong>Empathy and Problem Solving:</strong> Listen to clients’ concerns, empathize, and offer perspectives that guide them toward clearer, informed choices.
